Summary
Twimly is a personal nutrition coaching app for everyday wellness decisions. By using Twimly, you agree to these Terms and to follow applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Twimly may provide free features, early access features, and paid Premium features. Paid subscriptions are handled through the app store where you buy them.
Labels such as VIP, CIP, Pro, Premium, or Free describe app access tiers only. They do not grant ownership, equity, voting rights, governance rights, employment status, or any other company rights in Twimly.
The Service
Twimly helps you log meals, estimate nutrition, review progress, receive coaching, analyze meal photos or menus, create meal ideas, and understand food decisions in context.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features as the product changes. Some features depend on network access, device permissions, third-party services, and live availability.
Wellness Guidance
Twimly is intended for general wellness and nutrition support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency advice, or professional dietary care. Nutrition estimates and AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your personal situation.
Talk to a qualified professional before making medical, clinical, or high-risk dietary decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, have an eating disorder history, take medication, or need a prescribed diet.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must not use Twimly to harm others, abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate laws.
You can log out in the app. If you want to delete your account, use the account deletion option in the app where available or contact privacy@twimly.com.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Twimly Premium may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, taxes, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and availability are shown by the app store before you purchase and are handled under that store's terms.
You can manage or cancel Apple App Store subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Deleting your Twimly account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel the subscription separately if you no longer want it to renew.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the meal logs, photos, text, profile details, preferences, and other content you provide. You give Twimly permission to process that content as needed to operate, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person's privacy, or content that is illegal or abusive.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Twimly collects, how it is used, and how you can make privacy requests. It is part of these Terms.
Service Limits
Twimly is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect nutrition estimates, or error-free AI output. To the extent allowed by law, Twimly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate access if an account abuses the service, creates security risk, violates these Terms, or creates legal or operational risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Twimly changes. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Twimly after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
